Edge Wallet — QA & Support

Quality assurance and customer support for Edge Wallet, a zero-knowledge mobile app with self-custody wallets across many blockchains.

QA — iOS and Android staging and production builds; end-to-end flows (swaps, buy/sell, wallet sync, multi-chain sends); chain-specific issues across UTXO, account-based, EVM, and privacy coins — filed in Asana with clear repro steps.
Support — Intercom, voucher workflows, Help Center articles; internal tooling on resources.davidcoen.it.
AI & automation — train and maintain Prudence, Edge’s AI support agent: Guidance and escalation playbooks, Fin data connectors for on-chain transaction lookup, health reporting, and tools that keep the knowledge base aligned with releases.

ArkLabs — Consulting

I consult for ArkLabs on Bitcoin products including Arkade, Fulmine, and BTCPay-related integrations — engineering, QA, and product support alongside the core team.

Bitcoin & Lightning

I run infrastructure and publish practical resources for merchants, developers, and advocates. I accept Bitcoin and help others do the same.
